材料:
鮑魚菇(洗淨、撕半)200克
番茄(切片) 1個
鹹菜 少許
薑(切絲)半大塊
蔥油 少許
調味料:
鹽 適量
糖 適量
做法:
把全部材料放入碟中,再放入鍋內以大火蒸15分鐘,即可。
