材料:
开洞的椰子1个
银耳半两
白果5颗
冰糖適量
做法:
1.把椰子里的水倒掉,放入1碗烧开的水。
2.把泡软的银耳、白果和冰糖全放入椰子,盖好。
3.用炭火燉超过10小时,即可。
