材料:
一碗白饭
一颗鸡蛋
一碗混合蔬菜
三片黄梨
肉松
胡椒盐
做法:
热锅后放点油,炒蛋。把白饭,混合蔬菜依顺序下锅翻炒。
炒得差不多后,加胡椒盐调味,然后继续炒。 起锅前大约三十秒,把切片了的黄梨下锅炒一炒,就可以上碟了。
把肉松撒在饭中央,呈现山形,完成。
Ingredients:
1 Bowl of rice
1 Egg
1 Bowl of mixed vegetables
3 Slices of pineapple (cut into small pieces)
Meat Floss
Salt & white pepper
Method:
1.Heat a pan, drizzle in some oil then fry the egg. Put in rice & mixed vegetables and fry evenly.
2.Add in salt & white pepper to taste. Put in pineapple and fry for 30 seconds, serve on a plate.
3.Put the meat floss on the middle of fried rice and ready to be served.
