五彩油鸡 Rainbow Chicken

材料:
两只鸡全腿
7-8根葱
蒜末姜末
2条红辣椒
胡椒盐
酱油


做法:
将少许酱油涂抹在鸡全腿外层,然后下锅油炸(或不能太过热,大约80度左右)。鸡腿炸熟,呈现金黄色就可以起锅。
把炸好的鸡腿切段,洒上适量的胡椒盐。
炒蒜末,姜末,辣椒和葱,加入适量的胡椒盐调味,炒好后起锅,均匀的铺放在鸡腿块上就可享用。

Ingredients:
2 Whole Chicken Leg
7-8 Green Onion
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
2 Red Chilli
Salt & Pepper
Light Soy Sauce

Method:
Rub the whole chicken legs with light soy sauce and deep fry until golden brown.
Cut the fried whole chicken leg in to small pieces, sprinkle salt & pepper evenly on the fried chicken.
Saute chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chilli and chopped green onion, put in salt & pepper to taste and put evenly on the fried chicken.
