材料:
200克肉碎
2朵黑木耳 (切丝)
1条红萝卜(切丝)
2片酸菜(切丝)
2颗鸡蛋
2块豆腐(切丝)
2条红辣椒
少许鸡粉
3汤匙黑醋
适量香菜
1汤匙麻油
1大碗水
做法:
热锅后加入两汤匙油,接着把肉碎炒熟,再加入黑木耳,红萝卜,酸菜和红辣椒翻炒。
倒入一大碗水后加入豆腐,鸡粉和黑醋调味。汤滚后再勾芡,然后加入鸡蛋。
起锅后加入麻油和香菜就完成。
Ingredients:

2 Black Fungus (Cut into slices)
1 Carrot (Cut into slices)
2 Pickled Mustard (Cut into slices)
2 Egg
2 Bean curd (Cut into slices)
2 Red chili
Chicken flavoring
3tbsp Black vinegar
Parsley
1tbsp sesame oil
1 big bowl of water
Method:
1.Heat a wok, add in 2tbsp oil. Sauté minced meat, black fungus, carrot, pickled mustard and red chili.
2.Put in water and bean curd to boil, add in black vinegar and chicken flavoring to taste. Thicken the soup with corn flour and add in eggs.
3.Pour the soup into a bowl, add in sesame oil, parsley and dish up.
