NASI LEMAK

A. 椰浆饭材料:
4杯米
2 杯椰浆
6杯水
姜片
班兰叶
马来香料 Halba


做法:
在锅里放点油,放入姜片稍微炒一炒后放水,接着加入椰浆,米,马来香料,班兰叶,最后在加点盐,再放到饭锅里煮熟。


B. Sambal ikan bilis材料:
cili boh
江鱼仔
洋葱
asam 酱


做法:
把江鱼仔炸至金黄香脆备用。
放油爆香cili boh, 加入asam酱,少许糖和少许盐调味。
再加入洋葱和炸好的江鱼仔翻炒后即可起锅。


C. 炸鸡材料:
鸡肉
大葱
小葱
蒜头

黄姜


做法:
把大葱,小葱,蒜头,姜,黄姜搅成泥状酱料。
把搅好的酱料用来腌制鸡肉,再把鸡肉拿去炸。


待椰浆饭,sambal ikan bilis, 炸鸡都煮好后就可以把它们搭配起来,成为好吃的nasi lemak.

A. Ingredients for nasi lemak:
4 cups of rice
2 cups of coconut milk
6 cups of water
Ginger
Pandan leaves
Halba


Method:
Heat the inner bowl of rice cooker, drizzle in some oil and fry the ginger.
Put in water, coconut milk, rice, herba, pandan leaves and salt then continue to cook automatically in the rice cooker.


B. Ingredients for Sambal Ikan Bilis:
Cili Boh
Ikan Bilis
Onion
Asam Jawa


Method:
Fry ikan bilis in hot oil until golden brown.
Heat a wok, put in oil and fry cili boh. Add in asam jawa, sugar and salt to taste.
Put in onion and fried ikan bilis, sauté evenly and dish up.


C. Ingredients for Fried Chicken:
Chicken Thigh
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Turmeric


Method:
Blend onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric. Add in water and salt.
Marinade chicken thigh with the blended ingredients for 20 minutes then fry in hot oil until golden brown.
