辣子鸡丁 Taiwanese Spicy Chicken

材料:
两只去骨鸡腿(切丁)
1汤匙酱油
3汤匙玉米粉
蒜末
3 根青葱 (切段)
2条辣椒
2汤匙辣椒粉
胡椒盐
1汤匙米酒


做法:
用酱油,玉米粉腌鸡丁,然后把鸡丁拿去炸。
爆香蒜末,葱花,辣椒,然后再把鸡丁放进去一起炒。
加入适量胡椒盐和辣椒粉,起锅前加点米酒。


Ingredients:
2 Boneless chicken thigh (cut into small pieces)
1tbsp Light soy sauce
3tbsp Corn Flour
Garlic
3 Green onion
2 Red chilli
2tbsp Red chilli powder
Salt & white pepper
1tbsp Rice wine


Method:
1.Marinade the chicken with light soy sauce and mix evenly with corn flour, then fry in hot oil.
2.Drizzle some oil in a heated frying pan, fry garlic, green onion and red chilli. Put in fried chicken and sauté.
3.Add in salt and pepper to taste, put in red chilli powder. Add in rice wine before dish up.
