香蒜盐酥虾 Fried Shrimp with Garlic

材料:
300克大虾
蒜末
姜末
一条辣椒
3根葱(切段)
胡椒盐
少许米酒


做法:
将虾下锅油炸,炸好后起锅备用。
爆香蒜末,姜末,葱段,辣椒,再把虾放进去炒。
炒好后撒适量胡椒盐调味,起锅前加入米酒提香,完成。


Ingredients:
300g Shrimp
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
1 Red Chili
3 Green Onion
Salt & white pepper
Rice wine


Method:
1.Fry shrimp in hot oil.
2.Fry chopped garlic, chopped ginger, green onion & red chili. Put in fried shrimp and stir fry.
3.Add in salt & white pepper to taste, add in rice wine and dish up.
