材料:
一条大黄瓜
300克肉碎
4朵香菇
一碗水
3汤匙玉米粉
4汤匙蚝油
胡椒盐
做法:
削黄瓜皮,接着把黄瓜切成大约一寸厚段。
把黄瓜籽挖掉,通心。
把切粒的香菇和肉碎搅拌在一起,加入适量胡椒盐调味,再加入玉米粉搅拌均匀。
把肉碎塞入黄瓜段中间,拿去蒸十分钟。
在另一个锅里放点油,把蚝油和水倒进去煮滚,勾个芡。
把蚝油酱均匀的淋在蒸好,塞满肉的黄瓜上,完成。
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
300g Minced meat
4 Black Mushroom (Chopped)
1 Bowl of water
3tbsp Corn flour
4tbsp Oyster sauce
Salt & white pepper
Method:
1.Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces (about 1 inch each).
2.Remove the seeds in the middle.
3.Mix minced meat with chopped black mushroom, salt, white pepper & corn flour.
4.Stuff the cucumber with minced meat and steam for 10 minutes.
5.Heat a wok and drizzle in some oil, add in oyster sauce and water to boil, then thicken the sauce with corn flour.
6.Pour the sauce on the steamed stuffed cucumber and dish up.
