京都排骨 Jing Du Spare Ribs

材料:
300克排骨(切段)
一颗蛋白
青椒, 红椒, 黄椒各半颗
3汤匙玉米粉
1汤匙酱油
1汤匙米酒
1汤匙白醋
1汤匙糖
4汤匙番茄酱
2汤匙水


做法:
把排骨倒入大碗, 加入蛋白, 酱油和米酒来腌制排骨,入味后再加入玉米粉搓揉均匀,再下锅油炸至酥松后沥干。
热锅下少许油, 加入白醋,糖,番茄酱和水,炒一炒后把排骨,青椒,红椒,黄椒倒进锅里翻炒均匀后即可起锅。


Ingredients:
300g Spare ribs, cut into pieces
1 Egg white
1/2 Green pepper, red pepper & yellow pepper
3 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Rice wine
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Water


Method:
1.Marinade spare ribs with egg white, light soy sauce & rice wine in a big bowl. Mix well with corn flour, then deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain.
2.Heat a saucepan and drizzle in some oil; Put in vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce and water to boil; Add in fried ribs, green pepper, red pepper & yellow pepper, mix well and dish up.
