材料:
包菜200g
红萝卜丝20g
木耳丝(浸软)10g
肉丝(浸软)10g
冬粉(浸软)20g
蒜茸1小匙
水1/2碗
调味料:
蠔油1汤匙
生抽1汤匙
糖1小匙
胡椒粉1小匙
粟粉水適量
绍酒1汤匙
做法:
1爆香蒜茸及虾米,加入其余材料和调味料煮滚,以粟粉水打芡即可。
