每次煮過魚後,廚房往往會留下一些魚腥味,相當討厭。如果在烹調前,先將魚浸泡在檸檬內20至30分鐘,便能去除魚腥味。若要預防魚腥味附著於手,可將手沾些鹽巴再去取魚,而且也可防止魚滑走。
