料:
小土雞1300g、無花果乾8粒、小蕃茄20粒、刺五加5g
調味料:
鹽1/2大匙、紹興酒1杯
做法:
1.燒開一鍋水先倒入燉盅裡,小土雞前處理後洗淨,放入鍋中汆燙一下,再放入燉盅內備用。
2.起鍋熱油,先放入刺五加,放入鍋中略為過油一下後撈出備用,再加入小蕃茄以及無花果乾、紹興酒、刺五加。
3.用保鮮膜密封後放入蒸鍋中,用中火蒸3小時即可。
