材料:
西蘭花400g、太白粉5g
調味料:
XO醬100g、鹽2g
做法:
1.將西蘭花洗淨,切成適當大小,去除粗絲後泡入水中備用。
2.燒開一鍋水,放入鹽、適量的橄欖油、西蘭花煮開後,將西蘭花撈出排盤,上面再放上少許的XO醬。
3.將XO醬倒入鍋中和剩餘的湯汁煮開,起鍋前加太白粉水勾芡後,淋在西蘭花上即可
