瓦煲新買回來,在末放在爐上烹煮之前,應涂些生油在外表,然後注入小量水分,慢火烘燒一段時刻。
待煲壁的孔眼吸收了滋潤的油料,同時燃燒熱力而令油擴散到各部份,瓦煲就不致過於幹燥,見火驟熱而起裂紋了。瓦煲須切忌幹燒,即使煲湯煲粥後,勿立即放在地上,免因冷熱驟變而破裂。
