用料:(A)糯米30克―用干鍋炒至金黃色備用
(B)嫩椰絲―150克鹽―1/2小匙(兩者拌勻,蒸5分鐘備用)
(C)糯米200克、糖1大匙、鹽1/4小匙
做法:1)將C料的糯米洗淨,放飯鍋加入200毫升煮熟加入糖和鹽拌勻。
2)然後把熟糯米做成飯糰,沾上炒黃的糯米,再沾上B的椰絲即成。
注:吃糯米飯糰時,可以配上少許煎香的小咸魚,特別美味。
