材料:
排骨:200克(斬塊)
薑:40克(剁碎)
薑酒:3大匙
黃酒:1大匙
鹽:1/2小匙
粟粉:1/2小匙
做法:
1.排骨洗淨,瀝乾水份,加入全部材料拌勻。
2.醃約1小時後,蒸15分鐘即可。
