乾冬菇味道鮮美,但泡起來時間長很費事。可將乾冬菇放入45°左右的溫水裡浸泡,並在水中加一匙糖,很快冬菇就會漸漸泡開。用這種方法浸泡後的冬菇,味道更鮮美可口。
