Ingredients (2 serves)
2 bowls of steamed rice
150g of chicken thighs
1/2 onion
2 table spoon of soy sauce
5 1/2 table spoon of mirin
7 table spoon of soup stock
3 eggs
Methods:
1. Sliced onion and cut chicken an bite-size pieces.
2. Put soy sauce, mirin, dashi and onion in a skillet and put on medium heat for approx. 3 mins.
3. Add chicken and simmer for a few minutes
4. Once all the ingredients cooked, pure beaten eggs and cover with lid, heat for 1 min.
5. Put steamed rice into deep serving bowls, then serves simmered chicken and egg on top.
