椰香奶油雞
材料(一):
雞── 1只
材料(二):
牛油── 2湯匙
生抽── 2湯匙
淡奶── 5湯匙
糖── 半湯匙
咖喱葉── 15片
腌料:
生抽 ──1湯匙
鹽── 1茶匙
胡椒粉── 少許
麻油── 1湯匙
做法:
1. 用腌料把雞腌約3小時,腌至入味。
2. 起油鍋,待燒滾後便可放入雞塊油炸。
3. 雞塊炸至金黃色後,便可撈起備用。
4. 熱鍋,放入放入材料(二)中的牛油,用以爆香咖喱葉。
5. 隨後加入其他材料,再加入炸雞塊一同翻炒。
6. 雞塊盛上後,撒上炒椰絲增添風味。
