燕菜馬蹄露
材料:
清水── 1600毫升
馬蹄── 15粒
沙穀米── 適量
班丹葉── 5片
糖── 適量
雞蛋(A蛋)── 1粒
燕菜糕── 適量
做法:
1. 將燕菜糕切成塊狀,備用。
2. 將清水煮滾後,加入沙穀米、班丹葉及糖,繼續煲煮約10分鐘。
3. 加入馬蹄,再繼續煲煮5分鐘。
4. 熄火,加入已打散的蛋汁形成蛋花。
5. 將煮好的馬蹄露盛起,最後加入燕菜糕即完成。
