材料:草蝦仁20隻、油條3條
調味料:xo醬適量、糖醋醬適量
做法:
1.蝦仁打成泥,略摔打至有黏性
2.油條切段,蝦泥抹上,油溫150下去炸熟瀝油盛盤
3.炒醬汁 先下xo醬爆香、再下酸甜醬小火煮至濃稠,淋在油條旁即可
