香脆炸雞翅膀

材料:
雞翅膀3只,竹籤3枝

醃料:
淡奶適量,鹽少許

沾料:
雞蛋1個 (打散),粟粉適量

做法:
1. 雞翅膀洗淨,瀝乾水份,加入醃料拌勻,放置醃2小時。
2. 用竹籤把雞翅膀串起來,然後沾上蛋液,再滾上粟粉,
然後放入熱油裡炸呈金黃香脆及熟,撈起瀝乾油份即可食用。

INGREDIENTS
3 chicken wings, 3 bamboo skewers

MARINADE
Evaporated milk, as required, salt to taste

COATING
1 egg (lightly beaten), corn flour, as required

METHOD
1. Wash the chicken wings and drain well. Coat them with marinade, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
2. Skewer one chicken wing on each skewer. Dip in beaten egg, roll in corn flour. Deep fry them in pre-heated oil over high heat, until golden,fragrant, crispy and cooked. Dish up, drain well and serve hot.
