材料:
日本豆腐1條 (切塊),豬肉碎200克,紅蘿蔔粒少許
醃料:
醬油適量,糖適量,薯粉少許
做法:
1. 豬肉碎洗淨,加入醃料拌勻,放置醃約10分鐘。
2. 把豆腐塊排碟後,鋪上醃好的肉碎,上面加一些蘿蔔粒,
用大火蒸約8分鐘即可食用。
INGREDIENTS
1 tube Japanese egg tofu (cut into medallion shapes), 200g minced pork, diced carrots, as required
MARINADE
Light soy sauce, sugar, potato flour, as required
METHOD
1. Wash the minced pork. Add in the marinade and mix well.
Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Place the medallion shaped tofu neatly on a platter. Pour the marinated minced pork over the tofu. Garnish with some diced carrots. Steam over high heat for about 8 minutes, and serve.

香脆炸雞翅膀
材料:
雞翅膀3只,竹籤3枝
醃料:
淡奶適量,鹽少許
沾料:
雞蛋1個 (打散),粟粉適量
做法:
1. 雞翅膀洗淨,瀝乾水份,加入醃料拌勻,放置醃2小時。
2. 用竹籤把雞翅膀串起來,然後沾上蛋液,再滾上粟粉,
然後放入熱油裡炸呈金黃香脆及熟,撈起瀝乾油份即可食用。
INGREDIENTS
3 chicken wings, 3 bamboo skewers
MARINADE
Evaporated milk, as required, salt to taste
COATING
1 egg (lightly beaten), corn flour, as required
METHOD
1. Wash the chicken wings and drain well. Coat them with marinade, leave to marinate for 2 hours.
2. Skewer one chicken wing on each skewer. Dip in beaten egg, roll in corn flour. Deep fry them in pre-heated oil over high heat, until golden,fragrant, crispy and cooked. Dish up, drain well and serve hot.

奶油白醬材料:
奶油1茶匙,低筋麵粉1茶匙,牛奶1/2杯,胡椒粉少許,鹽少許
做法:
1. 奶油白醬:將奶油倒入鍋中,用中小火煮溶後加入麵粉拌勻。
2. 注入牛奶,再用打蛋器不停攪拌至無顆粒狀。
3. 在煮滾時,依次序放入胡椒粉及鹽調味後即成奶油白醬。
4. 鑊裡燒熱1/2湯匙油,爆香蒜末,放入蝦仁略炒。
5. 將炒好的蝦仁盛入焗盅內,加入奶油白醬,在表面鋪上一層馬茲瑞拉芝士,放入烤箱焗5分鐘即可取出。

2 tbsps creamy white sauce, 30g Mozzarella cheese
INGREDIENTS FOR CREAMY WHITE SAUCE
1 tsp butter, 1 tsp self-raising flour, 1/2 cup milk, pepper to taste,salt to taste
METHOD
1. To make the creamy white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over low to medium heat. Stir in the self-raising flour and mix well.
2. Add milk, whisk with an egg whisker until smooth and creamy.
3. Bring the creamy flour mixture to a boil. Stir in pepper and salt to season the sauce. Voila! The creamy white sauce is ready.
4. Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a wok. Fry the pounded garlic until fragrant.
Stir in the shrimps and sauté them.
5. Scoop the shrimps into a baking cup. Add the creamy white sauce.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top. Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Simmer for about 30 minutes, and it is ready to be served.
* Chuan Bei is good for the lungs. It relieves cough, and hence this dessert is especially beneficial to those who suffer from chronic cough.

豆奶325毫升,果凍粉1包,鮮奶350毫升,cendol適量,清水275毫升,糖100克,罐頭龍眼1罐,糖水適量
做法:
1. 把清水、糖和果凍粉邊攪邊煮至溶,然後加入豆奶、鮮奶
和 cendol 攪煮至滾 ,倒入容器中,放入冰箱待凝固。
2. 取出豆奶布丁,加入龍眼及糖水即可食用。
INGREDIENTS
325ml soy milk, 1 packet jelly powder, 350ml fresh milk, cendol, as required, 275ml water, 100g sugar, 1 canned longan, syrup, as required
METHOD
1. Pour water into a saucepan. Add sugar and jelly powder.
Keep on stirring while dissolving the sugar and jelly
powder over low heat. Then, add the soy milk, fresh milk and cendol. Bring the mixture to boil, while continue to stir the mixture. Pour the contents into a container and set aside to cool before placing it in the refrigerator
to chill.
2. When the soy milk pudding has set, remove from the
refrigerator. Serve together with longan and syrup.
